Terms of Service

By registering for or using EduManage, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your institute and to accept these Terms on its behalf.

• You must provide accurate institute and contact information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials issued to your staff.
• Only individuals of legal working age may be given administrator or staff access to the platform.

• EduManage is offered on Starter, Growth and Enterprise subscription plans, billed monthly or annually.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period selected at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.
• Plans may be upgraded at any time; downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
• Prices may change with prior notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use EduManage for any unlawful purpose or to store data you do not have the right to collect.
• Attempt to access another institute's branch data or bypass access controls.
• Reverse engineer, resell or white-label the platform without a written agreement with us.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the availability of the service.

Your institute retains ownership of all student, staff and academic records entered into EduManage. We process this data solely to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties. You may request an export of your data at any time while your subscription is active.

We aim to keep EduManage available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where possible. Support is available Monday–Saturday, 09:00 AM–07:00 PM IST.

To the extent permitted by law, EduManage and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid by your institute in the preceding three months.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, access to the platform ends at the close of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.
